Fourteen Strath Haven Middle School students designed and built the above Haven mascot themed sculpture near the school entrance over the summer break. The 5 foot high concrete sculpture incorporates the Panther mascot and the word HAVEN in it’s design.
September marks the third month in a row that that sales increased over the same month of the previous year, with 15 Wallingford homes sold in September 2011 as opposed to 7 sales in September 2010. Fifteen sales was the second highest total for September recorded in the past five years, eclipsed only in August 2009 when there were 19 sales. This upswing in homes sold maintains the trend begun earlier in the summer.
