Through the end of July the number of Wallingford PA homes sold over the same time period of 2011 has increased by 25 units – a 36% gain. However the average price has decreased by 7.1% to $274,129, and the median price has slipped by 8.9% to $241,500, when compared to the first seven months of 2011.
