However the average price was a little spooky, it dropped by $43,976, representing a 14% decline, to $269,953. It must be haunting some people that there was a Weston Village townhome that sold for $129,900 during the month, and with a Seller Assist in addition! Remember when a condo unit in Danbury Village would command such a price. For good news the average Days On Market dropped a healthy 46.2% to 99 days.
The settled price to original price ratio of 88.99% indicates that there was a bit of price cutting in order to get a home sold.
