This September bested last year by 11 homes, 20 sold vs 9 last year, and the average price increased by 26.2% compared to September 2012, with 6 homes sold in 2 weeks or less. It also took less time for homes to go under contract – 87 days this year as opposed to an average of 128 days last year.
This year’s 18 single detached family homes sold for an average of $344,178 compared to $362,950 last year. However there was a rather small sampling of 6 single detached single family homes sold in September 2012 as opposed to 18 sold this year.
