Sales this October bested last year by 1 home, 16 sold vs 15 last year, and the average price increased by $63,422 or 23.5% compared to October 2013. The average price of the core category of single detached family homes increased from $347,044 to $381,500, a $34,456 increase – there were 11 single family homes sold in October 2013 vs 9 last year.
