The average selling price this month came in at $284,750 as compared to $220,195 last year representing a 29.3% increase in the average selling price.
The average price of the core category of single detached family homes sold in December 2013 increased by 29.3% from $289,971 in 2012 to $332,136 this year. Singles averaged only 40 days on the market during December opposed to the average of 159 days on market for single homes last December.
To better the number of homes sold this December you would have to go all the way back to 2005 when there were 16 homes sold.
