The number of closed sales rose slightly by 2 homes to 22. It took less time to sell a home during the month, with the average days on market dropping 29.8% to 132 days.
For the core category of single family detached homes the average price of the 15 singles sold in May increased to $$360,520 from $295,762 last May, a 21.9% increase. Pending sales activity continued to be strong with 22 homes going under contract during the month.
