Wallingford’s Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Marks It’s 125th Anniversary
May 2014 marks the first month this year that Wallingford PA home prices rose over the previous year. The average selling price rose to $298,486 which represents a 16.4% increase over May 2013. The number of closed sales rose slightly by 2 homes to 22. It took less time to sell a home during the month, with the average days on market dropping 29.8% to 132 days.
For the core category of single family detached homes the average price of the 15 singles sold in May increased to $$360,520 from $295,762 last May, a 21.9% increase. Pending sales activity continued to be strong with 22 homes going under contract during the month.
