Aided by a very strong month of August the 3rd quarter of 2014 posted a gain of $24,385 in the average selling price which amounts to a 7.9% increase. During the 3rd quarter of 2014 in Wallingford PA there were a total of 61 closed sales which matches the number of closed sales in the 3rd quarter 2013. Almost a third of August sales, 31.1%, exceeded $400K which resulted in the healthy increase in the average selling price.
