The average selling price in November 2014 saw an increase of 48.4% from $258,000 last year to $383,000 this year. Closed sales volume was up by 1 unit to 10 homes, vs 9 last November. Days on Market took a significant jump to 166 days up from 64 last November.
There were 8 single detached family homes sold with an average selling price of $401,875 boosted by 2 homes selling for over $500,000 This core category registered a 44.0% increase of $122,875 compared to November 2013 when there were also 8 single family homes sold with an average selling price of $279,000. Selling prices of single homes ranged from a low of $134,000 at 214 Maple Road to a high of $760,000 at 10 Kershaw Road.
Buyers and sellers put 8 homes under contract during the month.
