On Saturday October 17, 2015 Wilson Oil Company of Wallingford will again sponsor the 5th Annual Fueled Up and Fired Up Pick 5 Challenge. Choose to run either a 5 K or 5 mile course. The 5K will return to the course that takes in many great residential streets with flat stretches, and the scenic but challenging Leiper Smedley Trail. The 5 mile course starts at the Wallingford Train Station, and ends in the same place, at Wilson Oil and Propane on Rogers Lane. Non-runners can show their support with a 1.5 mile walk over the main part of the scenic 5K course and there will be races for kids again, too!
Wilson Oil and Propane will be hosting the post race party at the finish line, where there will be a raffle, silent auction, food and fun for everyone!
The race benefits the Nether Providence Township First Responders and the Philadelphia affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

The schedule for Saturday:
– 8:30 AM – Registration begins at Wallingford Presbyterian Church
– 9:30 AM – Walk Begins
– 10:00 AM – 5K/5 Mile Race Begins
– 11:00 AM – Kids race begins
The registration fee for the race is $25 in advance, so register online. Same-day registration begins at 8:30 AM at the Wallingford Presbyterian Church, on Brookhaven Road.
