Unwanted E-Waste Will Be Collected At The Recycling Event
St John Chrysostom Church is sponsoring an electronic recycling event on Saturday November 3, 2018 from 9 AM to 1 PM in the rear parking lot of the Church, located at 615 S Providence Road in Wallingford.
You can recycle all sorts of electronics – in working condition or not – including laptops, PCs, printers, TVs, phones, and game systems at no charge. Large items such such as air conditioners will be charged a recycling fee.
St John’s is partnering in this event with PAR RECYCLE WORKS – a local nonprofit that sells reusable materials collected from electronic devices to help pay for salaries and job skill development for formerly incarcerated men and women, in order to support their productive re-entry back into society.
