Two townhomes also sold during the month and combined with the 8 single homes accounted for $2,948,900 of real estate changing hands during the month.

7 Shepherds Lane had the highest selling price at $530,000.

Seventeen listings went under contract during the month – 15 single family homes, 1 condo, and 1 townhome – with an average asking price of $353,833 and an average of 103 Days On Market.

There are 21 scheduled settlements – 9 in March, 5 in April, 6 in May, and 1 in June

Comparing year to date with last year the average selling price at $332,940 represents a 23.3% increase over the first two months of 2016. Closed transactions are running well ahead of last year’s pace – 25 in 2017 vs 17 in 2016.
