The front page banner headline in Sunday’s Inquirer was 2nd quarter sales strong in the Philadelphia region. I was asked by Al Heavens the Inquirer’s Real Estate guru to research what area of Delaware County has seen the strongest growth in real estate during the past year, and it was not a surprise to see that it was real estate in the Rose Tree Media School District with an increase in average selling prices of 25.8% over last year.

During the 2nd quarter Wallingford real estate had the busiest May in over 10 years and the average selling price rose 2.6% over the 2nd quarter of 2014.
