June 2012 Swarthmore home sales decreased by 3 units when compared to June 2011. Nine Swarthmore homes sold for an average price of $230,953, and were on the market an average of 202 days. Selling prices represented 87.34% of original asking price, and 91.86% of the last asking price.
However homes sold year to date have increased by 14 when compared to last year – 41 in 2012 through June 30, 2012 as opposed to 27 Swarthmore homes sold in the same time period last year.
