First we needed to buy a piece of land in Swarthmore to build a new home on. Another agent from a different agency tried to buy this lot for a customer after finding out about its availability in a very dubious, sketchy manner. Clark guided us through the process of dealing with this situation with great advice-we won the lot (much to the other agents chagrin I’m sure). Next we needed to sell our existing residence. Clark researched the price point, discussed the target to set, showed us why that made sense, and then helped us get the place ready for sale. Throughout the set up stage, he was visible, provided tips and suggestions. We sold the house for 97% of the asking price-one open house-sold in 4 days! We had an extended close date since we needed to have our new home built. This was approximately a 4 month period from date of sale. Throughout Clark maintained close contact, updated us on progress and needs for the closing, gave advice on some repairs we needed to do, and lastly even helped me move a desk out that we had forgotten to move.
